This is your chance to showcase your institution and connect with bright young minds eager to learn about their options. In recent years, up to 600 students from the international, DODDS, and Japanese schools in Okinawa will participate in the fair.

SCHEDULE

10:00 Pick up at the Naha Airport
(*for those who have RSVP’d for OCSI Transportation )

11:00-12:00 – Registration/Set-Up (Lunch)

12:00-12:45 -Short Presentations/Seminars for OCSI students by representatives (library/cafeteria)

1:00-1:30 -Opening Ceremony/Networking

1:30-4:30 – College Fair Open

4:30-5:00 – Closing Ceremony/Clean-Up

5:00 Departure to the Airport
(*for those who have RSVP’d for OCSI Transportation )

SENDING MATERIALS

If you wish to send fair materials to OCSI beforehand, please schedule them to arrive between October 10th and November 2nd. Please be sure to label your boxes carefully. On the outside of the box, please clearly write your university/Organization’s name.
