Support OCSI

Why is it important to give?

OCSI makes every effort to keep tuition affordable for our families, and like other independent schools, tuition does not cover all of our operating expenses. Fundraising is key to the fiscal health and future growth of OCSI. We encourage 100% of our families to partner with us in providing our students with an exceptional experience here at OCSI.

Parents, grandparents, relatives, friends, businesses, alumni, staff, churches – we welcome your generosity!

A gift of any size is very much appreciated and counts towards our goal of 100% participation! Please remember that your contribution, along with those of all our donors, will enhance a child’s educational experience while signaling to the greater community and potential major donors that our constituency collectively supports the programs and services of OCSI.

Your gift is an investment in your children. Think of how few opportunities there are to make a charitable gift that benefits your own children. Unlike tuition, your gifts are also tax-deductible.

Yes – OCSI is certified as a Tokutei Koueki Zoushin Houjin 特定公益増進法人 (Special Public Interest Promotion Organization), and your donation may be deducted from your taxable income in Japan. Businesses, as well as individuals, are able to take advantage of this tax benefit. Upon request, OCSI will provide necessary documentation, and we encourage donors in Japan to consult with their tax advisor.

Please contact our Development Coordinator at [email protected], and thank you for your support!
